Jake Williamson was given an estimated rating of 1300. This hasn't been adjusted by the competition secretary and therefore stands. This means that his rating is more than 80pts above Raf Calumpiano which would make him ineligible.
However, since this is obviously an inaccurate estimated rating and due to the ruling from Stephen Lewis that the rules are inconsistent, no adjustment is made.
