Lewisham 7 team are over rating limit 1400 for Intro tournament for 4th time this season
This is after official warning was given following 3 previous incidents this season
Standard half point penalty applied but tournament controller has authority to apply increased penalty to reflect number of incidents and official warning having previously been given
