According to the match card I have Bd1 for Bolton was either William Earnshaw or Grimshaw and Bd2 was Chris Hamer neither of which I see on the listing. Gabrielle on Bd4 had to leave after the first game so couldn't play the second game of the pairing.

Gabrielle had to withdraw after round one because her mother arrived and advised of a family emergency.

Bolton Boards 1,2,5,6,8
Bolton's boards 1 and 2 (and therefore also boards 5 and 6) are not registered with the MCF and therefore while boards 1 and 5 won their individual games and the results will be sent as such to the ECF for rating, the games are awarded to Ashton for MCF result purposes
Bolton's board 8 defaulted their individual game and therefore, due to doing it being less than 24 hours before the match, Bolton are deducted one game point from their total.
