Ted Oxley was playing as substitute for Mike Hackett. and that is not allowed under new rules because his grade is higher than Mike's. Accordingly, Beverley forfeit boards 2,3 and 4 and the result should be 4 - 0 to East Hull A.

Ted Oxley is allowed to be substitute for Mike Hackett
Ted is registered for Beverley Albatrosses which plays in division 1, so rule 3.9.3 applies:
A player can be a reserve for a team that is in a higher or lower division than their registered team, only if they have a rating no higher than 150 rating points above that of the regular team member in whose place they are playing. (This is not applicable to the Four Board League). (AGM 2016).
The result therefore stands.

Withdrawal of Beverley Patriots from the league
Dear 4-board division 2 captains,
I've been informed by Beverley Chess Club that the Beverley Patriots team are withdrawing from the league.
Their matches will be removed from LMS.
The result of the only match they've played so far, against East Hull A, will be nullified (the individual game results will stand).
Beverley Chess club send their apologies.
