Average rating for all players in Hastings & St Leonard’s team is 1512
Hastings team receive half point penalty for being 12 points over tournament max average rating.
Apparently original board 3 for match was unwell so Mason Woodhams was late substitute.
Tournament Controller has authority to impose higher penalty if teams are over rated repeatedly
