Penalty for over grading/rating
Lewisham 6 team exceeded maximum rating points for Tom Fuller tournament
A half point penalty is applied for each 30 points or part thereof the average rating of the team exceeds tournament maximum average rating of 1500
Average rating was exceeded by 33 points so two half point penalties equates to one point penalty
Tournament controller has authority to apply higher penalty if team is repeatedly over graded/rated
