A hard fought night of Chess between the two Bournemouth teams. Board 4 was first to finish with players agreeing a draw. The two captains had a tight game where Paul secured an advantage after 20 moves but the game I managed to equalise the position after 30 moves, in a closed position a draw was agreed, though engine showed Paul having the slightly better the better chances. Seb unfortunately lost on time on board 3, he was the exchange up for two pawns, but the clock won, well played Simon. So was left to Rob on board 1 , again he delivered securing the draw, Thank you to all 8 players for a good night of chess.
