Tonight's match
A good, enjoyable evening where a very strong Poole A easily brought home the 2 points, despite a good draw for Rob Davenport as black against a much higher graded opponent and Graham and Nick engaging in a rook and pawn against rook ending in a mutual time scramble after a very interesting game. My feeling was the final position was likely a technical draw at times but that hides the difficulty of having to find the right move repeatedly with little time to do so.
