Perhaps one should seek the reason why 2 (so many?) defaults occurred before one makes this type of arbitrary comment on an open web page.
In this case it was purely unforeseen circumstances, that’s all, and should not reflect on any particular clubs ability or willingness to field complete teams or fulfil fixtures.
