With 3 of our team having to play for the A Team in Darlington on the same night !
This fixture very unkind for the Cadets ! Surely this shouldn't happen ?

Your club has 14 players registered with the CCA, of which 5 of them are nominated players. 1 of them has not even registered to the ECF and is not available to play in the league. If you keep an eye open for this, rarely seen Chess player, he can be seen on Facebook, but never at a Chess Club! So, this leaves a total of 13 players to field 2 teams of 5 and 4. Therefore Thornaby has more than enough players to have fielded 2 teams! I think this is an internal Thornaby Chess problem, not a league problem!

ECF Registration
Which player is not registered to the ECF please ?
And yes, we do have enough players but when informed 20 mins before a match that one is not turning up and both matches are away on the same night, one in Hartlepool and one in Darlington, impossible to replace that person, even though six members of the club were sat in the Don Bar on Club night !
