New player for Lytham 2 was Jack Garlick.
Rapidplay grades were 2044+2102+1817+1701=7664 for Poulton and 1782+1652+1612+1450= 6496 for Lytham. This meant Poulton needed 6.5 and Lytham 2 on the Handicap.
Lytham 2 had the game won at half time after wins on board 1 and 4, and went on to get 1.5 out of 4 in the second half. Well-played to all Lytham players for a thoroughly deserved win -- particularly Jack Garlick who won both his matches, including mate after 8 moves in the first game!
