A close match. First to finish was David and Tom, David was a pawn to the good but was down to 4 minutes + increment and Tom's looked to have some compensation for the pawn as well as lots of time and agreed to David's draw offer.
Second to finish was Alikhan who crushed through on the Kingside to win the queen with mate to follow.
When I originally looked Cary had won a pawn in a Rook, Bishop and pawn ending, but I think he must have blundered the Rook as this was no longer on the board! This meant the match was level with just the one game remaining.
Philip won the crucial board three to win the match for Chandler's Ford, although I did not see the end so cannot comment on this.
