Apologies, Ken not recorded as guest appearance, I was forgetting that the maximum rating of players for unlimited guesting is 1650.

I have added Jacob Velasquez to the St Johns Player List and updated the match result to show Jacob in place of New Player. He does not have a standard rating show is showing as 0000. Rule 3b says "Where a player does not have a current published rating the Competitions Controller is to allocate an appropriate estimated rating using information from any relevant source." If you click on Jacob's name and scroll down you will see that he has ECF Blitz OTB Latest rating of 1441P and an ECF Rapid OTB Latest rating of 1611P. I have assigned him an estimated local "L" rating of 1400. I will remove this rating once Jacob has an ECF rating. If the ECF rating is a provisional "P" rating James may want to consider asking for a further "L" rating to be applied until such time as Jacob's rating becomes "K" rated.

James, I will leave the 1400L in place until I see a K rating, but it is your responsibility to ensure that the "L" rating continues to reflect his playing strength. Best wishes, Stephen
