Yes, I thought there might be. Our top board failed to turn up - he had the wrong date! As team Captain I was in attendance. I discussed the situation with their Captain and we agreed I would substitute for our absent player. This seemed reasonable since it gave their top board a game, he started his clock and I started with a 20 min deficit, he was White and he was considerably more highly rated than me.
I hope this does not invoke any penalty as it was done in good faith and with agreement. With apologies.

No problem Roy. l confirm that the above was in agreement. Due to this change happening after the original board 1 player did not turn up, mid game we unfortunately missed that there would be a rating difference between board 2 and board 1 due to the substitution.
