Two evenly matched teams ,and the games proved the grades to be true. Geoff and Ken first to draw in what seemed a lively game. Board 4 Neil and Julian slugged out another draw. Board 2 myself and Nick finally agreed a draw fairly sure I was losing for most of the game . Rook and pawn endings can be tricky. Then finally late in the night the captains Rob and David drew as well, Rob seemed to be winning and in the end had a generous draw. Thank you Dorchester for an excellent match played in a great spirit .
