The grades shown in the League Handbook were applied to this fixture and differ from those shown above in some cases.
Incredibly the combined grades for each team were 605 so no handicap applied.
The first round scores reflect the evenly matched teams and a 2-2 result in the second round games would have been enough for Lytham to win the match. However, Lytham ran away with the second round and were comfortable winners in a most enjoyable evening, the last time when Preston will be playing at this venue.
