Individual Knockout (Draw By Round)

This is a request for a new event type similar to the existing Team Knockout (Draw by Round) event type but for a competition between individuals rather than teams.

We would use this for example in our internal Rapidplay Knockout tournament in which each match consists of 2 rated rapidplay games, and if necessary an unrated decider. We would enter the 2 rated rapidplay games on the LMS but not the unrated decider, and manually select the winner.

For this year's tournament we used the existing "Individual Knockout" event type, which works from the point of view of submitting games for rating, but the "Standing" tab, which would otherwise be an excellent way to show the progress of the knockout, mis-represents the results.
