Permissions for Adding to Player List

Hi there,

In the Bury Area Chess League, I've set up three events for the three sections of the upcoming Bury St Edmunds Junior Congress. Bob Jones has been made an event owner for each of them. I've also created (initially empty) player lists for each event. Bob could add a new player to the player list, but for some reason was not permitted to add an existing one, and the system complained that he didn't have sufficient permissions ("access denied").

To get around this, I've temporarily made him an owner and the organisation level, but that obviously shouldn't be necessary. Can this be looked into?
