Awaiting confirmation of how to treat the case of an incorrect claim of a win due to a rule violation for which the penalty is stated as a 2 minute increase rather than the disqualification of the violating party as stated in The Constitution and Rules of the Bristol & District Chess League Section 3.2 e).
