Ineligible Player
Mo Farah was ineligible to play in the above match as he is not registered with the ECF and has played more than the 3 games allowed as a non-registered player. The penalty under Article 8 of the League Playing Rules is that his game is scored to his opponent (In this case it is irrelevant as he lost anyway) and the team are penalised a further point for fielding an ineligible player.
