First to finish was board 3 when Malcolm fell into a mating net. Next, a draw was agreed on board in what looked like a fairly even position. On board 1 there was a big fight over black's pawn on c6 which I finally managed to win and Chris resigned when promotion was imminent. On board 4, Derek played on for a while a piece down but resigned when faced with a further loss of material.
