drop the club field from the player if grading system allows new players without clubs for individual events

I'm not really sure why the rating system insists on having a club, but since it does couldn't there be an N/A club? Or if we have to use one of the "regional clubs" such as "Suffolk *" could we add this to our organisation but retain the option for it not to show on the menu on the on the organisation page? As things stand, I can see us temporarily adding clubs such as that to our organisation and then removing them once players have been added to player lists.
