For a matchcard, store a verified timestamp and make the updated time just be a reported time.

At the moment when entering a match result, it appears to report time and date that the result was entered as "Last updated by ".
Could it be changed to say:
"Reported by: , " and additionally, could the verification be timestamped as well please?
"Verified by: , "

(assuming we don't care about when the administrator did penalties and such like.)

We've got rules about time limits for entering of the result by the home captain and verifying of the result by the away captain. There are a number of captains who regularly break the rules, i.e. take too long to enter or verify a match result. Before I start handing out penalties I would like to have the timestamping as evidence that they weren't late once or twice but more often than that.
