Phillip was the first to finish, agains youngster Bharath. Dave messed up his opening, and lost to Rob. Poulton briefly held the lead when Geoff resigned after he was left with only pawns, while Paul had a bishop and pawns. Finally, Les failed to notice a mate-in-one, enabling Leyland to equalise. A fair result between two teams of a similar standard.
