Get player lists to show the ECF membership status.

Currently it links the player to the grading list either by the grading code or the membership number. If there is a grading code it can deduce the membership number. Could also consider setting the membership number when refresh grades is done ( for those with grading codes that match from the membership list ) - or perhaps better, refresh when membership file is loaded (could be slow for all leagues)
